Stress Management for Cancer PatientsIn these four 90 minute sessions you will learn to manage symptoms of stress and anxiety by learning holistic techniques to enhance the quality of life during cancer treatment.
Living Well With CancerThis three-hour weekly group session focuses on learning cognitive and dialectical behavior skills for stress management. Included will be guest speakers introducing holistic techniques to improve your quality of life.
Living Well With Chronic Pain/IllnessThis three-hour weekly group session will help you develop skills to reduce the severe stresses related to chronic illness and pain.
Mindfulness Based Stress ReductionMBSR is an eight week course which combines meditation and hatha yoga to help patients cope with stress, anxiety, pain, and illness by using moment-to-moment awareness. Such mindfulness helps participants use their inner resources to achieve good health and well being. 8 weeks. 2 hours per week.
AcupunctureAcupuncture is a powerful tool for the control of pain and other symptoms related with cancer, such as nausea, vomiting, insomnia, and other related symptoms.
Nutritional CounselingAs part of our holistic health care team, our registered, licensed dietitians provide nutritional services ranging from individual assessments and counseling to group education. Our approach is adaptive and designed to meet you where you are.
Therapeutic MassageTherapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, stiffness and tension.
CranioSacral TherapyDue to its gentleness and effectiveness, many people include CST in their personal wellness programs. They report having more energy, sleeping better, being sick less often, and having a greater sense of well being.

ReikiReiki is simply a gentle form of healing, with hands either lightly touching or off the body that uses universal energy to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Yoga TherapyYoga therapy is individually and disease specific, it is so gentle it can begin in the hospital if the patient chooses. We offer individual sessions or small groups that are treatment specific. The benefits of yoga include re-establishing flexibility and movement after surgery, reducing swelling from lymphadema, relief from anxiety, stress, and fatigue, improved posture, and a greater sense of strength and well being.
Psychotherapy sessionsWe offer individual, family and group psychotherapy to those struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and challenges associated with medical diagnoses. Our therapists are certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), skilled in mindfulness-based stress reduction and steeped in family systems thinking. We value the role of spirituality in healing.
